Official Giveaway Rules

Current Giveaway: Angie’s Magical Style x Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn – 2-Night Stay in Anaheim, CA

The rules below apply to the current giveaway listed above. This page will be updated for each new giveaway hosted by Angie’s Magical Style. Please ensure you are reviewing the rules for the correct, active giveaway before entering.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Prize

  • Prize consists of one (1) standard room at Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn for two (2) consecutive nights, with a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests..
  • Prize includes hotel accommodations only. Travel, food, park tickets, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, traded, refunded, or substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

3. Administrator

This giveaway is administered by My Magical Style LLC

4. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, officers, and contractors of Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn, Angie’s Magical Style (My Magical Style LLC), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing partners, and the immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

Entry Restrictions:

  • Use of multiple Instagram accounts to enter by the same individual is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
  • Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account.
  • Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Instagram accounts, registrations/logins, or other methods will void that participant’s entries and may result in disqualification.
  • Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

5. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete the following to receive one (1) eligible entry:

Bonus Entries:

  • Share the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tag @angiesmagicalstyle (one bonus entry).
  • Complete the optional bonus entry form (one bonus entry).
  • If you are already subscribed to the Angie’s Magical Style email list, your bonus entry is automatically counted.

Entries must be manually submitted by the entrant. Automated entries or entries made on behalf of another person are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. Giveaway Period

  • Begins: September 6, 2025
  • Ends: September 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST

No entries will be accepted outside this period. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

7. Winner Selection

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories on September 17, 2025 on the @angiesmagicalstyle account only.
  • The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Verification of Potential Winners

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) by the date specified by Sponsor, or an alternate potential winner may be selected.

A potential winner may be disqualified if:
(a) they cannot be reached after reasonable effort;
(b) prize notification or Affidavit is returned undeliverable;
(c) they decline or cannot accept/use the prize;
(d) they are found ineligible;
(e) they fail to comply with these Official Rules or complete the Affidavit as required.

If disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to modify notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with alternate winners.

9. Stay Terms

  • The winner must book their stay through a designated hotel contact provided by Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn.
  • Stay is subject to hotel availability and blackout dates.
  • Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2026.
  • Hotel rules, regulations, and requirements (including check-in policies such as presenting a valid photo ID and credit card for incidentals) apply.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

The Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9. The prize will only be awarded if the Winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

11. Entry Conditions and Release

By entering, each participant agrees to:

  • Comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.
  • Defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, Instagram, and all related affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to:
    • Entry or participation in the Giveaway
    • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize (including travel or activities related to the stay)
    • Any personal injury, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, or intellectual property infringement connected with participation.

Winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded as-is, without warranty of any kind. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

12. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Angie’s Magical Style and Best Western Plus Stovall’s Inn the right to use their name, likeness, Instagram handle, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited:

  • All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
  • Claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs of participation, but never attorney’s fees.
  • No entrant will be permitted to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, nor have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of California, agree that disputes must be resolved in those courts, and waive the defense of forum non conveniens.

14. Additional Terms

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or The Walt Disney Company.
  • By entering, participants also agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
